Spire * The Erection at the Intersection, The Stiffy by the Liffey , The Stiletto in the Ghetto. These are some of the nicknames given to this 120 meter high Millennium Spire in the middle of O'Connell Street that was placed here in 2003, as an honour to the new millennium.
