Balaton Lake * This is the Hungarian Beach People sunbathing and wading in knee deep water. * 2048 x 1536 * (1.37MB)

Balaton Lake 2 * You can just make out the seats they have built about 200 meters off shore. You can walk out there and climb up on them and have a rest. The lake is really shallow. You have to walk about 800 meters to get to deeper water. This entire lake freezes over in winter and you can skate accross it. * 2048 x 1536 * (1.14MB)

Paddle Boats * These are the paddle boats you can hire out. You can paddle out to deeper water and slide off into the water. * 2048 x 1536 * (1.36MB)

Water slide into lake * This slide is hardcase as the water is barely knee deep! Was quite funny watching parents taking their kids down it. * 2048 x 1536 * (1.38MB)

Brad in the lake * Don't laugh the water was REALLY cold!!! Its this depth 800 meters out. * 2048 x 1536 * (2.22MB)

Ferry accross the lake * Their ferry that crosses the lake. Another one arrives in less than a minute after this one leaves. * 2048 x 1536 * (1.49MB)

Thermal Pools * These were some thermal pools we stopped to have a look at on the way home. They are really medicinal. Doctors send their patients here as part of their recovery. * 2048 x 1536 * (1.4MB)
